Products

We aim to display product descriptions, artwork, colours and sizing as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Sizes of displayed images on garments may vary slightly, the images on the garments have been applied using AI tools and do not reflect the actual sizes. The actual image sizes are displayed in the product description.

Where products are handmade, printed or produced in small batches, minor variations may occur.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Some products are limited releases and may not be restocked once sold.

Other products may be produced on a made-to-order basis.

Made-to-order products

Where a product is described as made to order, production begins after your order is received.

Estimated production or dispatch times will be shown on the website or product listing.

Made-to-order does not necessarily mean personalised. Your legal cancellation rights will only be excluded where an item is genuinely made to your individual specification or clearly personalised. GOV.UK

Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

The price shown when you place your order is the price you will be charged, together with any delivery charges displayed before checkout.

Online sellers must clearly provide customers with pricing, payment and delivery information before an order is placed. GOV.UK

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

This confirms that we have received your order.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable item.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will not normally be produced or dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Under UK distance-selling rules, goods should ordinarily be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer. GOV.UK

Cancellation and returns

Your rights to cancel and return an order are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Personalised orders

Products that are made specifically to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may not qualify for the normal change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. GOV.UK

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all Darkheart Society branding, original artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, text and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Darkheart Society.

They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property contained within that product.

Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Darkheart Society will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where the law provides otherwise.

Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, postal disruption, transport disruption, supplier failure or other events beyond our control.

Where such an event significantly affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
