Darkheart Society Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights when purchasing from Darkheart Society.

Cancelling an online order

For most items purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Once you tell us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. GOV.UK

Please include your name, order number and the item you wish to return.

Returned items

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and returned in a condition that allows us to resell them.

You may inspect or try on an item in the same way that you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this reduces its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund. Legislation.gov.uk

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us. Legislation.gov.uk

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, we will process any refund due within 14 days.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Where the whole order is cancelled, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service does not have to be refunded. GOV.UK

Personalised and custom-made items

The normal right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been made specifically to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised.

This could include, for example, clothing or accessories printed with a customer's own name, wording, artwork or individually requested design.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. GOV.UK

Made-to-order Darkheart Society designs

Some Darkheart Society products may be produced only after an order is placed.

Where the item is one of our standard products and has not been personalised or altered specifically for you, our normal cancellation and returns terms still apply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. UK consumers are entitled to remedies where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. GOV.UK
