Darkheart Society Shipping Policy
Thank you for ordering from Darkheart Society.
This policy explains how we prepare and dispatch orders placed through www.darkheartsociety.co.uk.
Order processing
Orders containing products that are currently in stock are normally prepared for dispatch within:
3 to 5 working days
Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Made-to-order products
Some Darkheart Society products are produced after your order is placed.
Made-to-order products normally require approximately:
7 to 10 working days
before dispatch.
The estimated production time will also be displayed on the relevant product page where possible.
Delivery
Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
If tracking is available, tracking details will also be provided.
UK delivery
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 48 hours depending on Royal Mail
Please remember that production time and delivery time are separate.
For example, a made-to-order product must first be produced before it can be dispatched.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please check your address carefully before submitting your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Delayed parcels
Postal and courier delays can occasionally occur after an order has left us.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will help investigate.
Lost parcels
If tracking indicates that a parcel may have been lost, please contact us at:

We may need to complete an investigation with the delivery provider before issuing a replacement or refund.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the packaging and affected item.
International delivery
UK only
Darkheart Society currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times
We make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within the times stated.
Unless another timeframe has been agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days. GOV.UK
